About the Role — At North Peace Housing Foundation, our Housing Accommodations Managers play a vital role in ensuring safe, well-managed, and supportive housing for seniors. This leadership position oversees the daily operations of a seniors’ lodge and senior self-contained apartments, fostering a welcoming and inclusive community while upholding high standards of care, service, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support staff in areas such as housekeeping, kitchen services, recreation, and administration.
• Manage property occupancy, including housing applications, move-ins, and tenancy agreements.
• Enhance the resident experience by addressing concerns, coordinating support services, and fostering a positive community.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and housing regulations.
• Support maintenance and facility operations in collaboration with internal teams and contractors.
• Contribute to financial management, budgeting, and operational efficiencies.

What You Bring

• Leadership experience in housing, seniors care, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and modern workplace tools.
• A passion for community service and supporting seniors with dignity.
